As a matter of fact, a lot of people in the US have been saving since the recession in 2008, mortgage rate is at historic low and everyone knows that mortgage cannot stay this low forever, so many of us would like to take advantage of the low mortgage rate before it starts creeping up.As for the real estate prices in the US, prices have stabilized in most parts of the country already and we no longer see the sharp decline like we used in years past.
