As I was on my morning bike ride yesterday I noticed a T@B teardrop camper in the driveway of a nicer home in one of the neighborhoods I typically cruise through and while I've biked by this trailer a hundred times, for some reason it dawned on me that I should purchase one of these and rent it out as an STR. 

Even in the worst situation he wants enough staying power to ride out any storm, while still being aggressive enough to multiply his net worth through investing.

None of us will ever truly learn and know it all, but it's a TON of fun experiencing that ride together!

I know many of the more famous TV guru's personally.. and I have sat and talked to many a student.. but when I go out on the bus rides I can just tell that for each 30 people on those bus's or are sitting in a room of 400 students.. not all are going to successful.. there simply is not enough inventory to buy if every single person on BP  what is it 500,000 and then all the guru students who probably equal or exceed that number if they WERE ALL doing deals.. how many deals would there be.. as stated this is a very tough business,, and you must be driven and have some inate ability in the first place.were the business of real estate education gets hyped is simply the same thing that happens in MLM they are based in the exact same sales techniques .. they are after all just trying to sell their systems to students..

The bus is ok not a bad ride. 

Ride out the current contract, draw the new contract with the new terms and pricing, including last months rent, and execute. if I were to guess, you are not really renewing contracts but just riding it month by month, hence into the current situation where you dont know when and where to increase sec dep.

What i see though on BP is this refi till you die  how can I buy property with max leverage because max leverage gives me better ROI day one etc.. and don't have near enough reserves to ride a a black swan like what's happened.. 

Ride that model til the wheels fall off.For those not familiar with the personality and character of Cleveland, the city of Cleveland proper is split by the Cuyahoga River into the East and West sides. 

I’m sure there are plenty of horror stories out there in the market where plumbers and other tradesmen take newbies for a “ride”.
