Things like ensuring temperature’s set exactly right, lights are all on, and relaxing music is playing when a guest opens the door. 

HOWEVER, he is a people person and he knows all of his patience, always asks how their family is doing, how the holidays went, where did you travel on your vacation, etc.

We have had Zillow, Apartments, and Avail running at the same time for advertising, and I have found we get like 1 or 2 hits per day on Zillow (during the holiday season), but only 1 hit or less per week from the others.

Think outside the box like contract nurses, real estate (for someone that has sold their house but their new build won't be ready for 3 months), or air bnb for families visiting during holidays.
