The foregoing does not apply to the prohibition against class or representative actions that is part of the arbitration clause; if that prohibition is found to be unenforceable, the arbitration clause (but only the arbitration clause) shall be null and void.

In northern New Hampshire the electric is prohibitively expensive so we wouldn’t consider any type of electric so you might try to compare costs for your tenants before making a decision.

There are no laws prohibiting renting to illegal/undocumented immigrants at the Federal level, and none at the PA state level that I'm aware of.
