How do you like Cabin USA platform?

We utilize the software Appfolio, however, there are so many different platforms to run checks on.

One quick thing that gets over looked from skip traced data is that you could upload that to social platforms to create look a like audience to market through FB ads for example to those property owners and those similar to them.

That search engine sometimes lists homes as a pre-view before hitting the other MLS platforms.

We have our own marketing platforms and don’t use Whollesellers.

For the last couple of years, I have seen Facebook be an extremely important platform to get renters.  

One book/author and platform I have found helpful is "It Takes What It Takes" by Trevor Moawad.

Is there an online platform to research the industry standard for plumbing, electrical, mechanical, structural etc. engineering services in the state of GA?

This is not the typical crowdfunding deal we're used to seeing on the existing platforms.
