As long as you settle on the property before any pending tax action is final, you would just pay the back taxes at settlement.

I've been looking into trying to set up an investor friendly site for my clients here in Orlando, that allows them to differentiate between active, sold and pending listings for this very reason.

Unless there are a slew of interest and pending offers, the incentive to the seller is to actually close on the property.As a general rule I like picking my own tenants.

That means someone else just took her on, even though she has a pending eviction filed against her and all the previous transgressions.Guess they just took a double security deposit ...

I just saw the undated MLS and 10 houses I was viewing is now pending.

I have a pending eviction and the Sheriff posted the 24 hour notice to vacate after the tenant was defaulted last week and a wirt of possession issued.
