Outside of that I've seen a few students in November renting for January.I market like a madman when I have vacancies though.

hello, I'm an active wholesaler in the Richmond va area but I'm always getting deals outside of richmond also, I'm learning how to use BP, i heard so many great things about this site.

Currently I am mid way through with my classes to obtain an Illinois real estate license, and my expectation is to add extra capital to my investment fund by working as a broker part time outside my regular job. 

Outside of areas like Ballard, Fremont, etc., prices can get a bit more reasonable but I wouldn't expect to find much for under $200K.

Turney is a great way to build your wealth investing outside of your home area or maybe even within your immediate area.

You could certainly document serious costs and try to recover in small claims court, but outside of that you really just needed to be sure that your monthly expenses were low enough that you could afford to make repairs as needed.

It is amazing how much that cut down on outside noise.
