As a newbie I am looking to learn as much as I can about the subject of luxury home process, What books can I read to learn about the ins and outs of luxury home development, I'm talking about home like the one you see built in beverly hills from developers like Nile Niami with Skyline developments LA.  

Or go bigger and get into the luxury segment where people are buying the experience, there is a certain attraction factor.
