Clarification: did the lender foreclose on the wrong legal description (the same legal description deeded to you)?

Truly self-directed means that your plan does not have any limitations on the investments and you can invest in anything that is legal. 

It was treated a few weeks ago but her current landlord is not renewing her lease due to the pest problem and now the applicant is threatening legal action if we don't rent to her.

Oftentimes in Sheriff's sales the final judgement amount is published whereby you can see how much the bank is owed, including outstanding balance, interest, late fees, legal costs, corporate advances for insurance, taxes, etc.
