Not really looking to become a big time investor, but keep myself engaged, perhaps improve my cash flow a bit on a tax advantage basis, and build net worth over the long haul.  

I realy dont want to dig it up this would be quite expensive with hauling dirt in and out plus the equipment .

Looking for a handyman or contractor to tear down and haul away a carport in Tampa, FL.

Those who weathered the storm of the last downturn were already in it for the long haul, and had some (or a lot) of experience to help them get creative and look for diff opportunities.

So, realizing I'm still waiting on some information, I'm toying with my options.

Fortunately we're real estate investors and have a vested interest in doing it correctly for the long haul and not just slapping something together and hoping for the best as things go along.  

I bring little toys, for them to play with, or coloring books. 

The fun toys are for when you've actually made enough that this decision wouldn't even have a question mark.

Looks like good option for people looking to live in their investment properties for the long haul and with great terms.

Nevertheless, I'm in this for the long haul, and I'm inspired by the benefits that real estate investing can have for all concerned.I'm currently based in New York City, but am also becoming interested in the Miami market, and in possibly relocating there sometime in the future, if things work out favorably for it.
