Most racking (roof attachments) that solar companies use are from manufactures that have been UL tested/certified.

Even a google search shows that the non slip material is an accessory and purchase and added onto a bath tub but they do not come from manufacturer with it.  

My father owns a lot that is currently zoned for manufactured housing and has a driveway, pad, electrical, & plumbing hookups.

Is it ok for the police to manufacture evidence and get away with it?

For my rentals I've been using "premium grout" (each manufacturer has a different name for it)  I like Mapei Flexcolor CQ. 

My day to day work since 2012 was in product manufacturing and importing.

I'm currently working with City here in Ca. to develope Infill highest best use properties utilizing Green Manufacturers of Panelized homes.

That being said, I would like any criticism and comments regarding this deal.The specs are:- $1,700,000 manufactured/mobile home park- 63 units/spaces renting for average $305/month- 4 houses renting for $600/month- Parking income, $670/month- Laundry Income, $330/monthThese are estimates, of course, but assuming these numbers to be correct, monthly income would be $22,615.If I put 10% down ($170,000), that leaves $1,530,000 to be financed.

And 18inch models aren't made by too many manufacturers either.

I have never heard of a "Pre Manufactured" home.
