Team,Im having a tough time finding an insurance provider for my medium term rental in Pittsburgh and I'm looking for suggestions.I own the building (triplex) where 2/3 units are traditional long term rentals, and 1x unit is a medium term rental.

In both cases the renters have provided me bank information showing they made the payment and it was not returned.

I changed to a new provider this year, and got insurance at $1450, but had to replace a roof and water heater to do so. 

At that point it's merely a numbers game.

Don’t try to help anyone unless they approach you and out skin in the game.  

If This were happening in California it would be a whole different ball game.....

If you provided more info maybe someone could give you names but are you building micro units, $25M palaces?
