The outcome was very successful, we were able to go through it from start to finish it and sold it for a substantial higher amount than we initially thought.

Rehab budget was 10k due to the PO leaving all the materials to finish in the house.

Just finishing up the construction and got my tenant in there last week (my mother).

My current tenants at my Townhouse have been on a 1 year lease agreement pending a home build of their own that they plan on having finished by the beginning of March of this year.

Our team added a bathroom to the master, opened up 3 walls to improve layout, and brought high end finishes to make the project a statement project.
