There was open grease containers in the kitchen, three garage door windows missing, holes in the walls, missing kitchen cabinet doors, broken floor tiles, doors off hinges, bags of dirty laundry in the basement etc. 

We all seem to have forgotten about how over-leveraging decimated 10s of thousands of people a few short years ago.Brew your own coffee, brown bag your lunch, drive a beater and stay out of malls and clubs while working 2 or 3 jobs.

P.R. is near bankruptcy, so I'm not sure this is the right time - - I would wait until the dust clears and the economics are more stable. 

and I don't want a bunch of frozen stuff..I got one of those packages as a gift and there was one Radish in a plastic bag I thought what a waste..But what I really loved was buying our Teslas on line.... now that is the bomb.. no more car dealer BS.the price is the price and you can literally have a new car bought in less than 30 minutes if your paying cash. then they e mail you when its in the show room and ready to be picked up which depending on where your at or what model can be a matter of next day or a week or so out..

For its been a mixed bag...mostly good, but some not so good.

They would rather sell and flip paper than be involved in many ongoing rehabs and the market dips for 6 months where they are holding the bag. 

If you can live with drywall dust and so forth, live in and flips are the most cost effective for a lot of folks.

The priorities and focus of 20-something year olds in Ft Lauderdale can be a mixed bag so I have landed here!
