It is critical to get my mind in the right place, hone in on the most important things I need to accomplish during the day, and set achievable daily goals that will move me closer to my dreams.

At age 25 I thought I was living the dream making 25/hour doing filthy remodels 40 hours a week with checks coming into my fancy new LLC.

It sounds like you are super proud of what you have done and investing makes you happy and takes you closer to your dreams.

So they seem to be thinking along my lines thank goodness for my business, LOL. all the best to you  California investors are quite well-known from taking their equity (profit that realized in CA) and deciding that there were better options (podcasts and turnkey providers selling dreams of cash flow), of course, those markets are not as profitable as CA, and they often turn their $2M into $1M.25% to 30% net returns are not unheard of, but this is a job to get a property to do that.

My long time dream goal would be to buy a condo on the cruise ship the World .. it sails the world constantly you can buy a nice cabin for 1 to 2 million.. and just work from there and that to me would be super cool
