I would like to just say hello! I am from the Boise, Idaho area and looking to learn all that I can about the rental property side of things and possibly some flips here and there. Will be attending the Boise Investor Group meeting to start networking and meeting people. Excited to get this journey going. It has always been a dream of mine to be in the rental business and possibly flips. The Bigger pockets podcast has helped tremendously with some of the initial fears of getting started and has been helpful to knowing where to turn for the right info.
