You're still in the city but right on the borders of West Allis and Wauwatosa.

You can try to de-risk the purchase by doing as much research as possible but, at the end of the day, it's still going to be feel like a big risk and a big unknown.

This borders the area known as 'South Nanaimo' within which there are pockets that are best to avoid (substandard tenants, etc..) most of which are near the water.The Old City which envelopes downtown is normally fine below the 400 block.

My areas of interest are the east & west sides of Puerto Rico and the Delmarva Peninsula (DE, MD, VA eastern shores).

The reason I am not looking in the states yet is because I have not yet invested time in looking at the required cross-border tax policies and laws.
