I am looking to learn all aspects of Real Estate but would like to start off as a Wholesaler.

Treating this like a business is a heavy aspect of this and as such I'm trying to establish payment schedules and the works so that it's all up front and as official as possible.

But that is primarily because I enjoy that aspect of investing more than the rental business.

I just want to make sure I think of every aspect.
