It's pretty country there.

You have to first work to organize and position your scenario for the path you are taking, get it redundantly clear as tho the role of who or what you are hiring.

For me it made a lot of sense and I'm super excited to get started.Good luck on whatever path you choose!

There are options for out of country investors for financing in the US or RBC I believe allows purchases in the US but the rate will probably be slightly higher.

Is the property in snow country?

With that said I do not want to be a wet blanket as this park certainly would eventually be profitable, however is it the path of least resistance or your best use of time… Probably not.  

I was out of the country and I wasn't sure who to call for that so I waited until I got back and called Great Jones on maybe the 16th or 17th.
