I am very new to this and am wondering if this is normal for my first time or if I am just looking at properties that should not be purchased by me at this point in time.

That being the strategy, they don't want to get out of bed for just any ole loan . . . they want the ones with some meat -- likely the ones that conform with their companies internal loan limits.

I guess since covid they haven't been using them for their employees.No property disclosure.The empty lot provides no value to me at this time.

@Pat L.Wow, that stove and oven are pretty useless if they need to be used by someone who actually cooks.

Not sure if that's enough meat on the bone to entice someone for a big flip but figured I'd check.Please PM me if interested. 

They typically do not move furniture, most do not cook.

Things were perfectly fine until I started getting complaints from other guests.The complaints were: Loud talking during quiet hours, moldy food or cluttered food in common space refrigerator, frequent use of laundry room and late hours use, cooking food at late hours, eating all the ice in the refrigerator, leaving clothes and items in the common space. 

This put me at an advantage over another bid of the same amount but who had a lower down payment.

So not much meat there.I had 2 options..1.
