IRS litigation that need to be included. $1500 is pretty standard as @Brian Eastman suggested.

I'm preparing myself for worst-case scenario, which I believe would be continued unresponsiveness on her end, and me filing a complaint with civil municipal court on my end. 

Scrubbing against the litigator list would be beneficial though.

Also if you dont run your syndication correctly you will end up in litigation thats a given..
