I can foresee times when I will need a hand doing things like cleaning out a hoarder's house or deforesting an unkempt backyard or putting up kitchen cabinets.  

I definitely am going to hire them to do things like floors, cabinets, and drywall on non-loadbearing walls because they can give me a better price.

It will need drywall, insulation, cabinets, fixtures, flooring, & leach bed.  

During normal rehabs, I often take a modern approach with white subway tile, brushed nickel fixtures, white cabinets, light floors, etc.

Maybe add a cabinet in that space.Other than that, it seems a bit over-priced based on the recent sales.

Although the cabinets and countertops are new, I don't love them.

If the house was in rough shape when you bought it, decluttering, paint, fresh carpet, fresh floors, new appliances, refaced or replaced cabinets and counter tops, updates to the bathroom go a long way.Best way to figure out how much to put into a house is based on what other updated homes look like in the area.

Maybe by the breaker panel, in a closet or inside a laundry cabinet are some places.
