I'm at the stage in my career where there is pressure to study for and take the PE exam. 

With little fear of being deported, or having their parents deported, Jr High and High school students can focus more on school, and thus college.How many of these people become college students is still up in the air.  

But as @Darren Sager said, it's worth it not to have the tenants calling me about the heat, since I'd have to call PSE&G anyway.We installed a new furnace in our other Trenton property and used Precision Air in Trenton.

Especially in today's markets with renters not being able to afford rent and air bnb booking contracting from nearly 600,000 booking a week in the US, to roughly 100,000 as the current pandemic weighs on travel and employment.

Rents have been paid so far, so no real pressure on investor sellers.

There are some temporary pressures pushing real estate prices higher - I think when we get to September we will see softening in the market.
