I don't know about Texas but in North Carolina about 75% of the time you can find the LLC's owner name and home address by doing the following:Go to your secretary of state website (state not national)Look up the corporation nameAt least 75% of the time the LLC owner will register with themselves as the registered agent and their home address as the mailing address.If this doesn't work you're probably looking at more trouble than it is worth.

@Rabia Khan leverage buyers agent experience. look for HOA cash reserves, check how old or recent HVAC is, kitchen appliances etc. the more recent and updated they are, the better it is for you as you dont have to invest in maintenance or capital expenditures.

In NJ, for example, we rep a ton of landlords and require 3.5 months up front to rent which get you a better tenant and screening as we go through the NTN or rent spree (first month's rent, 1.5 security, 1 month realtor fee split between listing agent and rental agent).
