From time to time i go the extra mile and open her car door to get a nice smile and kiss.Chivalry, and politeness, are NOT dead or useless, ESPECIALLY if you have a great wife/gf/baby mama.

Granted, it had very nice, upscale furniture, but the rent paid for a significant portion of their mortgagw and allowed them to save for a larger home once they had a baby on the way.

Getting off our *** and doing something positive doesn't require an age accomplishment and age certainly shouldn't limit us either.I was a baby when I bought my first property.
