Based on the market each of these pieces of land with double-wide mobile homes should be around $130,000 a piece based on comps.Has anyone ever done something similar or have expertise they can share around problems I might encounter?

They are essentially high end single wide homes that can be installed and act as an ADU. 

Even if the technology is widely adopted in 10-20 years, there still needs to be government regulation which takes time.

I "know" a few people on BP that have been sued but you're talking about a pretty wide net.

Tiny Home are really a step down from "Park Model" single wide homes which is a step down from single wides in themselves.

@Khadijah Oliver,I agree with what @Andrew Postell said above...lower loan amounts are a market-wide challenge.Going to a local REIA meetup is a good way to connect with private lenders, who are likely to be one of your only options at that loan amount.Best,Michael

Real Estate is number 1 for investment city wide over 18% last year.If you are lucky enough to purchase a property it will go up if you hold on to it 6-12 months.I know a guy that can fix anything, get a great real estate agent and get a piece of this hot area.Welcome
