- Created a new business venture - transactional funding, created our "Make me an Investor" program which has been a great success, was successful in each of our REO rehab flips, built a strong team for our short sale investing strategies in several locations, spent quality time with my family throughout the year, made friends and family money through my business ventures, and gave back much of my knowledge both in my work here on BP, through my live presentations in front of groups and clubs, and through our educational program.
