Hi Everyone!

My name is Mike and I am a part time Real Estate Investor and a full time HVAC contractor. I have been an investor for the last 7 years Working in Residential and Commercial. My plan for my properties are to buy and hold.

I purchased my first residential muli-unit property in 2002, which was a complete interior re-hab. A few years later after the dust had settled I purchased my first commercial property. I am currently looking for my next purchase, although due to recent conditions I think I'll stay away from the commercial side for now..

I stumbled across this site by accident a few days ago and have spent at least 14 hours (if not more) reading threads. After all this reading Its been made clear to me that after 7 yrs in the business I know nothing about RE investing :D . Needless to say I think I have much to learn so I have to get back to reading. This is a great site and I look forward to talking and networking with you guys and gals in the future.

Mike
