I miss the convenience and ease of use of TSP, in hindsight. 

I would also be surprised water/sewage/trash was separately metered, meaning owner pays.

I know some of you may have just wrinkled your nose and said what in the world can you get for under $100k in CT anyway, but it might surprise some to hear that there are some pretty good markets in CT to do that, and do that in pretty much move in condition.

Hey we have a gas station/convenience store in OR and would like to do a cash out refi on the property in-order to buy another property.

To no surprise, Zillow rental estimates were way off.In summary, walking into the deal: $195,000 (Sell Price) + $20,000 (Repair Price) = $215,000.

Not surprisingly, I'm not finding lenders overly eager for new business at the moment. 

It wouldn't surprise me to see the inventory go below one month or even lower. 

@Christopher M Mariner I suggest you look up what it is going to cost to join the local MLS you'd like to join - this is the fee that surprises new agents.
