Ability to handle the normal stress of managing multiple tasks for multiple team members at one time.

I think a straight wholesale deal would be very little profit if any, and selling it retail without doing repairs is slightly better, but my stress and risk go way up.

I went from stressing about coming into a 9-5 job and being afraid to quitting my job, committing to REI and partnering up with a seasoned investor in my area.

I have stressed out a lot with this purchase, but the potential is great.  

But they convinced me (hitting on all the "Hot" buttons to pay an additional amount of $198.00...OUCH!!

There are a lot of sites out there that help you to build your own site but I'm busy as all of us are and decided that it was more stress for me to try to do it myself then to pay someone to do it for me.

I am stuck at the moment and stressing out.

Then after accepting that I was shown a 15 or so  minute countdown timer with an explanation that it would take that long to "process"  and then I was immediately taken to an offer of something like $987 for some digital marketing course with his voice over explaining the course and encouraging to click on the buy button.
