This is all based on lot size, soil type, perk rate, number of dwellings, number of bedrooms, lot loading calcs and boundary lines in relation to the drain field and tanks.

You want to make sure the inspector is comfortable and familiar with the type of property you are having inspected like size, age, and construction.

Ultimately for that sized property it depends on where the management company specializes with their properties as to whether they can adequately care for it
