Sand mound septic system concerns

I am closing on a property on the 10th which needs a new sand mound septic system. I have not gotten plans drawn up yet as the soil test was just done.

I had a company tell me it would likely be about $15k-25k. Which is what I expected.

Another company told me they have done systems anywhere from $20k-$60k.

$60k is definitely not in the budget.. is there anyone who may be able to shed some light on this situation?

If the original thought of max $25k is the cost, the numbers will still work for me. $60k would be a big problem ..
