You might start making contact with small bank lenders and bank trust officers.

Even some really great experienced lenders can't get them done.

looking to network with investors.... I am interested starting my real estate portfolio- need some guidance along the journey on getting started and executing properly. 

Of course, if you have a great lender that you work with, they can work out side by side numbers for you to give you the info you need to make an informed decision.

I would also suggest reviewing your lease with your Attorney.
