Human nature, you're pumped to go do and you don't want to hear what you paid for is something crossing legal lines. 

Since time is of the essence with new deals that hit the market, along with the fact that we know humans work off of incentives, the broker/agent would then be incentivized to show the best deals to his or her clients that have the highest probability of closing.

Not to mention I saw where he just sold his personal home a couple of years ago and took a bath on the price.This is a valuable human being, and we run in the same circles, this deal needs to work both ways.

Looks matter because humans make their first impressions within the first couple of seconds.

Is Houing a human right?

It is a curious quirk of human nature that some people can see opportunities, while others only see problems.

Again, not a guarantee, but most often if you are dealing with someone who truly wants to purchase a house and for whatever reason just can’t right now, chances are you are dealing with someone a bit higher on the humanity scale than your average tenant.

I am enrolled in real estate courses, signed up for Habitat for Humanity, have a little over $3,000 saved, and I don't have a typical job where I can go to the bank and get a loan (independent insurance adjuster--not a 9-5...work off contracts).

Which is not to say that they will outright deny you, but don't forget there's a subjective human aspect of underwriting.
