Kind of like Habitat for Humanity actually "sells" the houses to the resident.I know of several of these in cities where the call up investors of vacant, nearly condemned properties and get them for free.

Just fyi, people over load washers and dryers, you need to be able to make repares, they also wash the nasty stuff at a laundry mat so it's not in the`washer at home. like dirty dog beds.I have finanaced both, they can make money, but it is earened, the car wash folks said they found everything but human body parts in the pits.
