I wanted to see if anyone had any good recommendations for General Contractors for flip projects in Heights/Montrose area.

He made a killing 😂 with all those companies...this was at the height of mortgage companies sending out unsolicited faxes for NINA and Stated mortgages.

I'm not a big fan of Logan Heights or Normal Heights for next turn around location.  

I am an investor from California and looking into buying about 6-8 duplexes in sulphur springs, Seminole heights and all around areas.

I have analyzed over 60 properties (5 units or more) in the last year in the midtown/downtown, east sac, and even Oak Park, Carmichael, Auburn, and Citrus Heights areas and I would not put my money in any of them. 

This went right over subfloor- but it can be sensitive to height differences at connections and gaps. 

Charleston, I assume you are speaking of Cherokee, Chicora, Union Heights, etc.  

(Driving a tenant to the airport, helping a tenant dispose of their pet after it died, moving a mailbox to better accommodate a tenant need, replacing regular toilets with a chair height (ADA height) toilet for those who would benefit from such, sending a condolence card at a time of personal loss.)Move in packet with information about the neighborhood and contact information for reaching communicating with us.Move in gifts that will help them settle in.

I really want to flip a house in Seminole Heights as well, but think it's a slightly more risky area with a more limiting buyer base.
