Hello, I am new to wholesaling and just found a property around my neighborhood that has been vacant for about a year or two now.

I've been using what I've found online at a guideline.  

I was introduced to REIA by a few friends when I lived in Richmond, VA, and found those meetings incredibly useful.

Found a SFH on auction.com.  

My main question to start is this: does this group have straight content to read and study, or is all the info found in the forum threads?
