Concurrently, my foster brother has single family in Portland (Albina/Mississippi) that he wants help in considering developing into multifamily.

I've signed up to receive foster dogs to help find him a companion.  

We did foster care for 6 years and had some pretty difficult kids.

I formerly worked at a shelter/detention center with juvenile delinquents and basically kids awaiting placement into foster care.

Looking for something that allows for dependencies (or 'conditional tasks' as Investorfuse calls them - which I'm checking out) and allows for teams of people to collaborate on a single task. 

That doesn't exactly foster entrepreneurship.
