He always makes excuses and plays the victim card or pretends he didn’t know- whatever the situation may be.

He then began giving excuses as to why the sellers were not signing.

But don't use your negative experience as an excuse to try to keep money that he rightfully earned.

After 1 st closing date they asked for extension 3 days( granted) then another 2 days (granted) and after that i declined any more extensions be ause they never semt pof, always getting excuses from their agent.

Fast forward to end of 2022 and we hadn't received any of the guaranteed payment from them and the company was making excuses as to why they weren't liquid enough to pay us.

While this sounds like they are just making an excuse to me, there could be a legitimate issue too. 

Sure, an event of some kind could happen that than stimulation of economy is the call to action but it's pointless because this group seeking excuses for NON-action will simply **** there excuse saying economy is too weak, prices are too high, it's the year of the Rat, Jupiter and Mars are in bad alignment etc etc etc.. 

Just because the MLS has a legal disclaimer to verify information, that is not a excuse for sloppy or incorrect information.
