In the event of seeking financing through a conventional mortgage in the future, on new large purchases, I’m wondering if we need to disclose the mixed use land contract if we also aren’t disclosing the income from it?

My question is about how to protect your personal finances from tenants in the event that something happens while they are renting from you.

Also, I have met a lot of foreign investors in title insurance networking events in Davenport and Kissimmee. 

@Christina Morales1) Posts like this one should go into marketplace to avoid being deleted2) Your best bet is to connect with the brokers locally as well as to become a regular at the local REI events found via BP and Meetup.

@Mitchell Chingay, it's impossible to predict when markets will have a crash like event and @Erik Whiting is an example of how expensive it would have been for him to sit on the sidelines waiting for a crash to happen.
