Let someone else do the work while I receive steady payments and let my money grow.Another option would be to purchase a self-storage facility or mobile home park with management in place.Essentially, I would look for opportunities to invest without requiring a lot of my time/involvement.

Mark this:to sell a manufactured home,an person sdoes not need a license,but needs to have a mobile home dealer's license.When that same manufactured home becomes permanently affixed to the land is it sitting on,it ceases to be personal property and becomes a fixture to the land after going through the process of title elimination.

You are in the right place regarding getting answers you need to your investing questions.Alabama, especially the Mobile is great for landlords... just be sure that you have plenty of reserves... as owning rentals while rewarding financially can be expensive at times.Best of luck!

Memphis, Tn has a market for it, Mobile, Al, and Birmingham/Montgomery as well...The only reason I know that is because I have worked in all those markets...
