Option C1: Find yourself a partner some distance away from the Big Smoke where 600K will buy you 6+ units and the property will cash-flow 600+ / month.

The pictures are choppy, dark, slanted, and don't really tell the buyers much about the layout of the house.

We had the HOA get plumbers and they performed a smoke test - also inconclusive.

Recently while researching on property addresses I am coming across slightly different info as in:If I google the address on Realtor.com the crime statistics shows very dark red and the same address on trulia will show moderate crime rate meaning yellow.
