So are my clients. 

I already have a few clients and I'm ready to hit the ground running.  

There are plenty of us around.If you find one, ask them what kind of clients do they have in real estate?

In my experience I have had many clients buy property in a self directed IRA.

If not they cannot take a fee/commission for selling a property they do not own.2) To save REALTOR fees (I charge my clients 6%).
