That might be the single most important point - 2 out of the 3 properties have come as off market deals through our network, and we also found our attorney, accountant, agent, contractors, etc through our network.

Given that I recently created a Series LLC here in TX, and there still doesn't appear to be straightforward options in this regard, I figured I would bring it up again. 

I do not have a traditional W2 job so I can't pursue the typical conventional loan or a FHA since I don't have income (hence the DSCR route).However, I've seen that most DSCR lenders do not lend if the loan amount is less than $100K.

If the sale of stock will be considered a capital gain, you can offset it with the sale of capital stock that is operating at a loss.
