Not very desirable although price inflated because of large population demand.Palm Bay or Vero Beach/Sebastian would be a little cheaper, but you get what you pay for.

It may seem more expensive however  you will spend more using more coats of cheaper paint.A light pink covered a blue and purple polkadot wall in one coat.

Granite and/or quartz is the most appealing but if you are in a C area you might want to go towards a cheaper option.

@Joshua Fu The challenge with apartments in NYC is that co-ops are way cheaper than condos, but a condo is really the only form of apartment that is good for long term investment purposes.
