I think tenant screening is one of the more important things for a new investor, so you are getting paid on time and your property isn't damaged.

Go to NETWORK at the top of your screen and you can search for other investors and investment groups in your area.

I still would plan on running a credit check and doing the typical tenant screening process and would have them sign a lease just like any other tenant.

I tell everyone Blood or Bombs, if there isn't blood or bombs leave me alone, don't talk to me, don't look at me, it can wait, I'm busy.

Get them out, clean the units up, then start fresh with new tenants that you've screened, placed under your lease, operating by your rules.

That’s 23 days even though they found, screened and approved a tenant in 7 days.
