I’ve heard about the umbrella insurance route, and putting the property under my name.

We probably can get around 4K in rent per month and that should give about 700$ of positive cash flow.Now we want to buy a new home (B) in Milpitas since we want a bigger home and better school.

Hi Las Vegas and Bigger Pockets, My name is Rapheal Hicks and I am now committed to investing in real estate.

When she gets her orders, I will liquidate the two properties we own together and payoff the mortgages and she will hopefully have a bigger nest egg to purchase something state side at her new duty station, 3-4 years down the road.

We bought our first duplex in October, 2017 and I can say without a doubt, it was all due to Bigger Pockets and these forums.
