I feel it will be tricky to find financing that early but hopefully I build proper connections and create a game plan that investors will feel confident with the deals I will successfully make profitable. 

Average out the price per sq ft of comps sold and then do a plus and minus game to get to a number that makes you whole.

IMO You shouldn’t be in the investment game if you don’t have any money.

I know plenty of brokers that are killing it, but running a brokerage is a different ball game than just being an agent.As a caveat - "full time" for me is about 70 hrs / week, which includes about 30 hrs of "commuting"  (which usually involves dirtbike or harley trips). 

And it truly is a numbers game and I simply need to make more offers.

Paid customers also have the ability to import a CSV of comps from any other source such as Redfin or their MLS of their choice to perform that sales comparison analysis.

I've also filed a complaint with the BBB and found similar stories there and in two other placesIt seems that they have served some customers well in the past, but in my case they are only collecting money, and not marketing leads.

For individual units, the cap rate isn't too bad at around 2-5%, especially considering the appreciation, but I feel like I have money stuffed under the mattress with the large amounts of equity I have built up in them.My end game is to leave Beijing and move to the SW U.S. when I retire from my current career within the next 5 years. 

I don't think anyone has mentioned, but you need to make sure you are in the game for the long run.
