Hi everyone- currently in the process of acquiring a property in Blue Ridge GA... who do you all recommend/ not recommend for insurance in this area and why? 

My clients bought one that was four bedrooms with a den (just needs a closet) and a loft area (which could easily be converted).

I can tell you that for sure, without any question at all, that no brokerage cares about you unless they are a small mom-and-pop (and they won't have the technology stack to help you grow unless you only want to stay local).

Class C/D area so looking to rent out after Reno done3.

To me this would be okay if you are in more class A areas.

There are a multitude of ways people do this.  

This is especially true in single family zoned areas.
