Had to write "return to sender" over a dozen times, and left a note in the mailbox saying "Only deliver mail to x, y, z names" it still happened (I know it's not the carrier's fault).The previous tenant never made any attempt to ask about old mail or anything like that.

The common theme in most of these threads is you can use x, y, and z however always try to get it from the MLS as it will be more accurate and thorough.

When you type in a steert, drive, Pkwy etc....example planters court......it lists all the houses on that street....there's a column to the right that lists whether its an in stateor out of state owner (Y = Yes, N = No).Hope that helps.
